Refund policy

30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your CoffeePrinter. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, or you are not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery at coffeeprinteer@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Damaged or wrong items: we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Change of mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds: once we approve your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. These rights are not affected by this policy.
